it'll keep for up to 5 days in the fridge (well, it would in our house) and yes, it can be frozen.
I'd keep it about a week - and yes, of course you can freeze it!
made it in the slow cooker yesterday, making the last bit into a curry and having it for tea tonight.mine never lasts for days, about 3 if i'm lucky

For me-it would be 3 days. If you are planning to freeze it-do so as soon as possible.....not when it's been in the fridge already for 3 days.

Mine lasts about five days in the fridge too - that's how long it lasts two of us. I include plenty of things like garlic, vinegar, pepper and salt so I reckon those are pretty good preservatives.

I've also found the stew improves with age. It's certainly tastier on the second day than just after it's been made.
Don't put cling film onto hot dishes as suggested by itsnotme but it is a good idea to cool down before putting in the fridge, try tin foil instead.
I wouldn't eat cooked meat from the fridge after 3 days but that's just me. It could be safe to leave it longer but best to freeze than have to throw it away.
