No pics

When someone sends me a joke etc via e-mail where pictures are included in with the text, I very rarely get to see the pics, just a blank square.
Do you know why this is?

Nobody will know why it is unless you mention what software you are using to read your email.

I isually get a message saying "images not displayed" and I'm given the option to view images.
But maybe it depends on what email package you have

Outlook Express I am assuming ...
Open program/Tools/Options/Security. Make sure boxes unchecked .. 'Do Not Allow...' and 'Download images' Try that.
