hi im 24yrs old single male..i have a mortgage (�80k) and 3 loans (�25k,�15k,�7k)...ive been to the bank and they just cant help me. All my loans and my mortage is with one bank (which i dont think i can name), ive told them can they put the whole amount into one Mortgage or one loan but they keep saying no. I make about �2200pm can someonegive me advise. Thank you and god bless x

Most Mortgage companies will only lend 3 1/2 times your salary so right now you dont earn enough. some companies will give you a mortgage on whats known as self certification.
