Michelin Starred Restaurants

I've just been reading through the restaurants that have retained/gained/lost stars this year.

How many of you have been to one or actively wish to visit one? If so, why do/did you want to go and if you have been did you feel it was worth it?

Redhelen was Heston's really that bad? I have always wanted to go, but my wife's a veggie and he doesn't cater.

His place was the best in the world for 2 years and still has 3 stars

Helen how long ago did you go? He had that trouble there in 2009 and the press were saying he took his eye off the ball.

I've just googled Balloo House and the menu looks fab, and really good value. Just need to get my butt in gear and sort out my long awaited visit to the Giant's Causeway!
