I purchased UGG boots onlline and the money was taken from my bank account immediately. This was at the beginning of December but I still have not received my purchases. The site is UGG Australia. I have emailed them but had no response. Can anyone advise me on what action I can take? I feel like I have been ripped off.

You have definitely been conned and are unlikely to get your money back, as anyone can set up a gmail email address..

I do not believe it - UGG boots arrived today! Are they real, I'm not sure as I have never owned a pair before. Just relieved they have arrived. Thanks everyone for your help and support.

One sure way to tell ... if they smell slightly synthetic ... they are fake.
My daughter got some they were delivered from China in 7 days... they came up a size too small and had the dreaded synthetic smell.
They were promptly listed on eBay, and sold for £30 more than they cost in the first place ... ( to a very happy buyer in Leeds).
