What was the name of the cute little worm on the Golden Shot, around 1969? No, not Bob Monkhouse (not much cute about him), but the little puppet he held. It was a green maggot with a 'cuddly' face and a squeaky voice.

Was it Bernie the Bolt? It's before my time but I know there was a character with this name on the show but I don't know if it was a maggotty puppet or what!
