can i take kids away from uk

hi my husband is charged for abh and i have no family in uk. i have 2 young boys. my husband cant contact us and his case is in crown court for sentencing next month. the social services have put my kids on child in need prg. all this is getting too much for me and i am thinking of going back to my country to my parents. what shall i do and is it possible?

You could apply for passports for the children and if your husband is a British national then there shouldn't be a problem as long as his name is on their birth certificates (I think you will also need husband's passport number and details for application form) - but the problem is taking them out of the country without his knowledge or permission.
he is in full remorse and he is ready to face any punishement. he will let me take the kids away and he will have to sort himself out and prove to me he has changed. i,m just thinking abt my options here ...its hard without him to manage on my own. i,m just wondering if social services will have any problem with this
rimirza I can fully understand you wanting to go home to your family if your husband goes to jail. You say you have no friends here, there are quite a number of Afghan communities around the country and they have an excellent support network, have you looked into what is in your area?
