Anyone have any idea where I can buy frozen blackcurrant cheesecake? I used to buy them from Tesco and then the Co- but they have both stopped selling them. I just want an ordinary one with fruit actually on the top. Thanks

Thanks Anne, I'll pop in next time I'm passing (don't tend to browse around the shops as I always have the twins with me and they are a 'bit of a handful' at the moment).
they getting too big for a buggy ?
Question Author
They climb out of the buggy (and they are flipping heavy to push) and like to walk (on reins). They just seem to have hit the terrible twos at the same time (their not naughty, just usual toddler behaviour x 2).
Sainsburys do a nice one! And i've also had them from M & S too :)
Question Author
Hi Yelenots, I used to buy them from Sainsburys (not Tesco as I wrote earlier) but they have changed it to a blackcurrant swirl cheesecake now.
Oh have they? Thats a shame we all liked them! What about Asda? I've had the strawberry ones from there but must admit they arent as nice as Sainsburys!
Question Author
Very particular about my cheesecake - only like blackcurrant and don't want luxury, just a good, old-fashioned cheapo one. The Sainsburys'ones were lovely and the Co-op ones we nice too. If I find any I'll let you know.
Thanks :) They are the only ones all 'my lot' will eat! Happy Shopping!
Heron Frozen Foods have blackcurrant cheesecake made by Lyons & very nice it is too

Went to Iceland today and they only have the blackcurrant swirl cheesecake - will keep hunting though.
Morrisons do a great blackcurrant cheesecake - topped with lots of fruit
Question Author
Hi both - Sir Prize, Morrisons is my next shop to investigate. JB - they look nice and might be fairer to get you own (rather than share a big one between three). Will have to try them both out. Thanks.
Got me fancying cheesecake now, yum yum
sher, what about getting a bog standard cheesecake and just add a tin of blackcurrants or even jam,
Question Author
Hi Anne - then I'd have to find a plain cheesecake AND blackcurrants! I like my desserts to be a treat - either just defrost or bung in the microwave! Thanks for the idea though.
