Wouldn't it be wonderful if, the moment one hit the 'Submit' button, there was an automatic subscription to the question or threaded response being posted.

Often I forget to subscribe after posting and then have problems remembering exactly where I did post........ I guess it's my old age.!!

Ooh no, ron - I answer a lot of questions, I don't want to subscribe to all of them, thank you!
If you go to "My profile" the tabs for all the questions you have posted or answered will come up, you can just rifle through them until you find the one you're looking for.

"Threads involving me" has all the threads you created or answered, "questions I answered" is... Threads you've answered only!

As above, but the question you've answered/created will be in both tabs.

We will introduce this for Questions posted (but not answers) at some point. Hopefully we'll have options for you to choose which categories this applies to.

I used to get sick and tired of deleting e mails.

If you asked a question, and it lead to an evening mega-chat you got inundated with hundreds of e mails next day.
