Holiday calculation

Employee's have 23 days holiday which is accrued, I assume on a weekly basis.

What's the calculation I would need to use? I'm awful at maths :(

Sorry - if someone left on the 19th March, for example. How many days would they be entitled to?

Would I divide by 52 and then times by the number of weeks? Or would I work it out on a daily basis?
I think that there are 260 working days in a year?

we do ours on a weekly basis, so yes, 23 divided by 52 x the number of weeks they've worked.

Depends when the companies financial / employment year runs from and to.

Well, 23 days a year is pretty close to 2 days a month so from that you should be able to get a pretty good idea of the entitlement

I use online calculators, you put in when they started and when they left works it all out for you

Dont get me wrong I could work it out if I wanted but if they start a bit of way through month I like to know its spot on
