So I read in today's paper that a Bill was placed before the Ugandan Parliament to introduce the death penalty for homosexuality.

In Britain, you have to find a different B&B.

In Uganda, they want to hang you.

Does this put our problems into any sort of perspective?

"Oh yes now I know what l and r means. Tanks for that, I also now know what c and a means in me woife's panties....."
Yes, zeuhl................we do ! :o)

As I say, doc, believe away, if it gives you comfort..............

There's no point in arguing with some one whose mind is already made up on the matter.
They are married in the eyes of the law. Why should they except a twin room?

As for statements...

Couple state in court that XYZ was said. BB owners agree.....said in front of a judge...it now is a fact.
If Doc was turned away from a B&B because the owners thought he was a stupid old white moronic chav

I'm sure he would <<sense an atmosphere>> and 'have the decency' to quietly leave.

Or perhaps not.
.
Looking at this from a different perspective. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere where I felt unwelcome !!!
Exactly !
They didn't know they wouldn't be welcome until they turned up complete with luggage and dog...........
I agree with micmak and didn' t their 'mein host' offer to ring around and place them elsewhere. Marazion is pretty close to Newlyn and that place reeks of dead fish and that is my summary of what they were up to........except the smell was of the Royal Mint or fresh cheques.
JJ, in Congo women are routinely attacked and raped - should us women stop moaning about equality and the like then because we don't have it as bad as them?

It's the same argument - and just because much worse things happen in other parts of the world, I don't think any of us would be prepared to stop fighting for our own rights, would we?
micmak...that was the point I was making. Nor would they want to stay where they didn't feel welcome. Something that wasn't made clear on the website or on the phone. This is what was acknowledged by the owners.

Here we go: ".....the risk for transmitting HIV through unprotected anal intercourse is greater than the risk from vaginal intercourse or oral sex".

Hence the reason why high profile sexual deviants are promoting HIV awareness these days, and have been ever since they found out that the likes of Freddie Mercury, Kenny Everett and Co. were not dying of "natural" causes.

Daffy just watched that on YouTube no wonder they never wanted them in the Guesthouse. They must sell a lot of mouthwash in Uganda
Maybe we should have more Ugandan B&B owners over here
Not naming names - but there's a regular poster here, who is a complete and utter buffoon. Just back from the cinema, and checked out his blathering stream of nonsense and have been laughing my head off.

I thank him fir his continued efforts in being an idiot.
Scratch that - three buffoons, not one.

Spreading the love!
Is one of them the inbred country bumpkin who has an unhealthy fondness of sheep
