Is there any refective film which can be attached to the inside of a window? It is for use in a glass door that opens onto a frequently used path.

Good luck!
You don't say what type of glass is in the door. There's a link for one-way mirror film here:
http://www.shop4windowfilms.co.uk/oneway.htm
but the page does advise "NOT SUITABLE FOR DOUBLE GLAZED UNITS UNLESS CONSTRUCTED FROM TOUGHENED GLASS."
If you do use this type of one-way mirror product, remember that you can see through the film when you're on the 'dark' side of the film but you see a mirrored surface when you're on the 'bright' side. Someone decided to install this on our office windows at work. It means that the public can't see into our office during the day but it turns the office into an illuminated gold-fish bowl at night!
If you'd rather keep intrusive eyes out by giving the glass an 'etched' effect the link you want is here:

Most of these films can be used with all types of glass.
Hoping this helps,
Chris
