Is it stuck in the post or has the supplier not despatched it yet?
I posted a gift card first class within the UK a day before the last posting day for Christmas.... and it arrived on 14th January. The envelope hadn't been franked so there was no post mark.

Check to see whether they're still trading as many companies folded at christmas because of the recession or the company could have scammed you or maybe it was stolen?

Today I recieved a cheque (refund) from n-power it was sent on the 8th Dec. They blamed the delay on the snow, it came from 10 miles away.

i ordered stuff from a comping magazine(well known)300 postcards which i got in two separate bundles but were split opened,i am phoning the company on monday as i spent nearly £ 40 on stuff for her.

I completely forgot about the snow and late post fiasco as arwyn there still is a backlog so hopefully you should see it soon though i wouldn't rule out my suggestions.
