One of her email contacts is sending email which when received by Mrs sqad says"

"This message is too big to be completely displayed"

"Only the first 1023 kb is shown"


But nowt there.

All her other emails come in normally.

Any ideas?

It will be a picture or video. Has she contacted the person who sent her it? Delete it if you can.

Wild guess, maybe an attachment screwed up and you are seeing 1023k of unprintable characters ?

Best ask the sender what it was they sent.

Actually ignore, that. It's a megabyte not a gigabyte.

However, it's still a large email and she should contact whoever sent her it to see what they have mailed her.

Is this hotmail we are talking about here?

If so the only options as far as I know are to ask the sender to resend it broken up into a few smaller mails, or use something like outlook express to download the mails
