Over a week ago, whilst cleaning in our canteen, I found that someone had left some loose change on a table. I have put it away in case anyone came back to claim it but as yet no one has. I will keep it until the weekend.

Unfortunately, we at NHS arent allowed a tips box, so I thought I would give it to a charity box

IF ANY ABER CAN CORRECTLY GUESS HOW MUCH MONEY IT WAS, I WILL DONATE IT TO THEIR SPECIFIED CHARITY

The winner is sandyroe who guessed correctly at £ 2.45 and her charity is Oxfam. So they will get it next week if no one claims it by Sunday evening. Well done everyone

Incidently a home made scone with jam a butter costs £1.05 and cuppa tea is 55p. Cheap at our place eh ? I think it was probably the change from a £5 for a meal which are also cheap at our place for staff which is why I asked around the staff that day if anyone had lost any money. Of course, loads claimed they had, but all were trying it on course. They were all claiming a £5 or £10 note had dropped out of their pocket, so I told them they had better go and look for it then cos it wasnt that :>)
