Noooo MrsO harvest festivals were knickers with elastic around the legs (all is safely gathered in) bluddy awful things to inflict on a young schoolgirl.

LOL mrs O, you could have got the whole Harvest festival in mine, they had baggy elastic legs. And a useless pocket on the outside. If the idea was that the fleece knickers kept you safe from prying eyes, it went out the window when you had to hike up your skirt to get your hanky out of the pocket!
