Thank you friends Turban seems to fit the bill. My mind was all tied up with Papal Tiaras but i did not need a plural

Turban is religious if you think about the Sikhs I suppose.

Not according to my Sikh friend, he says they wear them as a mark of distinction rather than a regilious meaning... but he could be wrong
