Well, I can only suggest getting a commode, and then sitting on that. Other than that there is no cure for that other than going to the loo.

they are off to hers Friday, 4get is making a fairy trail for them to follow as little one wants to look for fairies in garden.

no, they arent staying overnight, not sure 4get would appreciate it when eldest gets up at 5am and youngest gets up 3 times a night lol

all quiet on nephew front. Hes doing well and slowly putting weight back on, all levels stable and his mum and dad can do a lot of care at home rather than having lots of trips to hospital.
