"Children as young as 12 are smoking tobacco in illegal shisha dens across Blackburn, officials have claimed."
What it fails to highlight is that children as young as 8 are smoking Benson & Hedges bought for them by their peers all over the UK.
I'm anti-smoking full-stop and don't agree with it being allowed anywhere, but a dozen places in contravention of the smoking law isn't the 'big picture'.
You wouldnt have to craft -ive been in pubs in Yorkshire when the ash trays come out at the back of 11:(
AOG im not being obtuse at all but can you simply without the links say what your point is.I dont get it...
As naz says I would imagine that there are many other examples of underage smoking - indeed I used to pass quite a few on my to work hanging around the local shop! - of which this is just another example!
Quite a good point about all those other young smokers, but although they are under-aged they are smoking in the street, which to-date isn't a prohibited area.
Unlike these shisha dens which are encouraging youngsters in.
