my orange tipped amazon has plucked most of his breast feathers out he hasnt got mites but how do i stop him pulling any more or what is the reason for him doing this

They now have a radio near his cage � he listens to Capital Gold all day... and no longer plucks out his feathers. Although.. a colleague at work insists on listening to this station with the inane babble from the DJs and I pull out my hair in hysteria.... Perhaps birds are immune to Mid-Atlantic accents and listening to Great Balls of Fire 20 times a day.
