Hello,

I have recently lost two stone.  I would like to know the most effective and quickest way to to tone my upper arms, legs and stomach. 

Would it mean 3 times a week at the gym?

you dont have to go to the gym, but it would help with the quick tone. At home you can do plenty of press ups and leg raises which will help with stomache and arms, tricep dips using a chair. At the gym bech press, bicep curls, leg press. But dont forget to do cardio work or you'll put the weight back on !!

Have you thought about swimming?  I'm not a gym fan but I regularly swim and have always found it to be a great all round exercise!

Oh and well done on the weight loss!

Yes swimming !! i forgot about this. BUT dont just swim in a relaxed mode, really work hard. This is all round exercise, arms, chest, legs and done properly the breathing will help the stomach.
