Hello,
I have recently lost two stone. I would like to know the most effective and quickest way to to tone my upper arms, legs and stomach.
Would it mean 3 times a week at the gym?

At home you can do plenty of press ups and leg raises which will help with stomache and arms, tricep dips using a chair. At the gym bech press, bicep curls, leg press. But dont forget to do cardio work or you'll put the weight back on !!
