Can an employee legally request in writing that Personnel formally provide them with a valid reason for being unsuccessful after attending an interview for an internal vacancy?
Governing factors such as competency, experience and specific qualifications were fully compliant with the position's requirements.

They probably had a lot of applicants who all feel that they should get the job and want to know why they didn't. don't take it personally unless you think that the people involved have a personal grievance against you
