how to you go back to how the system was previously?  What i mean is yesterday i downloaded a fire wall, pop up blocker, anti virus and antispyware, all free from the web and now the computer is running reeeeeeeeeealy slowly, so i wanted to put it back to how it was before and i have hear theres a list on the computer where you can put it back to other dates, but i cant find this list.

thanks...the system restore worked so atleast the computer is up 2 speed now.
