sorry about this question first thing on a sunday morning lol....... i have very loose stools and have done now for about 3yrs or more most days when i eat proper like veg and chicken but if i eat a lot of rubbish foods i have a more solid form or if i have white rice from chineese what am i doing wrong ?...... i have just started to eat bran flakes on morning which i never ever used to have a breakfast just a cup of tea a 2 biscuits, a bannana on morning break an apple on afternoon break but still this hasnt helped....
no dont drink.... not on any medication... its has to be down to diet somehow also i know your tounge tells you about your insides and mine has scalloped edges dont know if this is because i have a little mouth with a lot of teeth(so dentist has told me) lol but could this also be cause its swollen to do with maybe overloaded liver
Agree with Ratter, you should see your GP, especially if you are losing any weight? I'd certainly steer clear of any foods containing bran as it's an irritant & may be making you worse.
"its has to be down to diet somehow " not really the case! it could be down to many different illnesses and nothing to do with diet, changing your diet will probably help as well but you need to find out if there is an underlying cause. See your GP.
yes just when i go to loo on morning when i get up then have a cup of tea then go to loo again....... no pain no blood no mucus, feel fine in myself. not lost any weight at all
As it has been going on for more than 3 years and you still feel well, then we can assume that there is no serious underlying disorder as it would either have got worse or killed you.
It is either dietary OR normal bowel behaviour for you. I would suggest that it is a combination of both.
Hi honey (always wanted to say that), I'm sure there was something like this on Embarrasing Bodies a couple of weeks ago. He said that when he had curry and rice it made him feel better.
