Can anyone help? I have Sky HD and recently there have been sevceral occasions when I have tried to record a programme but when I go to watch it back it has failed - the reason given is Technical Fault - 11. Does anyone know what this is?
Remove the power cable for a few minutes and then plug back in. When Sky restarts you should find the issue has gone and you won't lose your recordings.
That is a temporary fix for a known problem on some manufacturers boxes, yes.
Some people have to do thie every couple of days without knowing how simple the fix is.
