It seems quite often of late, but when I do go there is hardly anything there just a dribble even if i have to get up in the night which is maybe once (needing to go wakes me up) yet when I do go its not very much, i drink a fair bit of liquid during the day and evening, and sometimes when i wake in the morning I have this ache in my lower back, dont know if this could be connected in some way.
I doubt that even our resident medic, Sqad, will be able to give you a definite diagnosis online. (For what it's worth, my own guess is that it's kidney-related). Only your GP can do that.

Well..........if you are passing small amounts of urine, it is because
A) You are not producing the urine
B) You are producing urine, but there is a blockage at the neck of the bladder.
If your bladder is full, then there is a blockage, if your bladder is not full, then you are not producing urine and only a doctor by feeling you stomach could tell.
It may well do, particularly if you have a full or half full bladder.
As I said in my post....your bladder is the key to your problem.........is it full or empty..........and only a doctor could answer that, by putting a hand on your abdomen.
