Do London main line stations (Paddington esp) still have left luggage lockers ? Travelling to London and would like to leave luggage while having a look around prior to travelling onwards.

Thanks

Google it for plenty of info. I did have a look at the Waterloo facility but very expensive now.

thanks Man in Black

Johnny Cash or Voldemort ?
J Cash fan. I travel regularly through Waterloo to pick up stock in London`s East End and thought Left Luggage would help. But it would mean going back to Waterloo, leaving bags, and then going to tourist spots before coming back to Waterloo to catch train home so not really a good idea.

Where from to Waterloo ? I'm now Cornwall but used to be Platform 93/4 from Kings Cross (suburban to herts) and will be coming home from herts but thought I would make an extra day holiday in London if only I could get rid of suitcase. Wondered if bombs had affected Left Luggage status.

Thanks again, will google
All the main stations have left luggage facilities (I think Marylebone and Fenchurch St may be exceptions) but not lockers - they are manned offices that are not open 24/7 so check closing times.
Up until fairly recently, I ran a large railway station and had to answer questions about left luggage every day.

Transec (the authority responsible for security on our railways) only permit left luggage facilities at stations where items can either be scanned by X-ray equipment or hand-searched by staff. For this reason, you won't find any lockers. As Dzug states, you can find left luggage facilities at most mainline termini in London. However, because these are all staffed offices, they're not cheap. (The facilities are provided by independent firms, not by Network Rail or by the train operating companies, so prices can vary from one station to another). Expect to pay around 6.50 per item, per day.

You can check the availability of station facilities, including left luggage, for any National Rail station, here:

At Paddington, the left luggage office is on Platform 12. It's open from 0700 to 2300 daily. To check the current prices, use the contact information, here:
