I HAVE BEEN CHARGED WITH SECTION 39 ASSAULT ON MY PARTNER

I have been charged with section 39 assault on my partner & have to go to court on the 7th April. I have condiotional bail not to go anywhere near my house as a result of this. i was out with friends on a lads day out & came home in the early everning. We had a an argument on top of a previous argument. Push come to shove We were arguing and as a result Isuffered some bruise to her face and arms. All I can remember is pushing her & thats what I said in my police interview. What do you think the outcome will be.

As long as you are honest with you answering. You may get off but you can never really tell

I have been told by several people that it the most likely outcome will be a community order and or maybe a fine. Its my first offence in over 10 years (26 now) & if convicted I will lose my job which will mean I am not able to support my family.
