windows 7 help please

since recently getting this I cannot find out how to make a border of ie. flowers on my posters that Im making for a mothers day menu. Any help appreciated

Windows7 is an operating system, it's not a program to do anything.

To do anything like write letters, make pretty borders, send emails....in fact anything you need to use software that run under windows7 (the OS)

so on your old computer you had some software installed that enabled you to make the border which isn't installed on your new computer. So all you have to do is remember what software you used and install it again if you have the disk for it from your old computer.

Thanks chuck. Dont really know what programmes were on my old comp as my son did everything for me as I am as you know comp illiterate. Will try to find out.

AlBags. What do you mean, is that me the large one? Of course its me walking in the lake district. The small one is my OH :>)
