Is your girlfriend sleeping with another girl as bad as sleeping with another man?

I have always thought that if I had a girlfriend who slept with another man then that would be it, i could never forgive her. But if she slept with another woman then I don't consider it as much a betrayal because it's a woman and not a man and I could get over it, don't know why but that's how I would feel. Does anyone think the same?

Another 'down to the individuals' situation here i think.

i know that men are supposed to fantasise about sex between two women - frankly i have never understood the eroticism involved, it does absolutely nothing for me, and never has.

This has the fortunate by-product of not having to have a saterotypical concversation with any gay woman I may happen to meet - which they find a refreshing chnage!

I personally tend to agree that cheating is cheating - it's the betrayal that's the issue, not the sex, so the gender of the partner is not the issue.
