Hi... I have ran spybot and its finds ad.yieldmanager.com cookie... I click to fix and run spybot again and still there... Is this a virus that is responsible for someone getting into my online bank account? How do I get rid of it? How did it get through Virgin Media Security? Thanks.

It's not a virus .. or adware .. just an annoyance.
Clean up cookies by either deleting all from (IE) Tools/Internet Options/Browsing History/Dlete/Cookies ... or browse in Explorer to Temp Internet Files OR Settings/View Files .. (delete cookies)
(Firefox) Tools/Options/Privacy/Show Cookies .. delete the cookies
or Tools/Clear Recent History/Cookies
