You have an appointment at the physio. You know you might have to take your trousers off, so you make sure you have clean boxers on. When there she actually asks if you'd mind removing your trousers, so you say "no problem, I was expecting to" and duly drop the kegs. There then follows various exercises in which all sort of contortions are done, and once done it's trousers on and home.

However when going to bed you realise that your boxers had a rip in that you didn't see, and all the while you were doing these exercises, you were actually exposing your ***!!!. Oh well it's done now.

Who else has done something silly? Go on, if I can tell, you can!

Bum?
I did the same once when I went to physio, stupidly, in french knickers rather than the close fitting brief-kind. Every time I cocked my leg up I gave the physio a right eyeful. Luckily she was female but it was still embarrassing.
the amount of stupid thinkgs i;ve done could, well it would take all day :-)

The bit deleted (not by me!!) rhymed with "but back". I could understand deletion if I said (using rhyming) "thick" or "billy" or "lodger"
A few years back I went to a training chiropodists (since it was cheaper, and local) to have some problem looked at/manipulated/whatever. Roomful of students, me in my underwear. Not one of them nor any teacher felt it polite to mention that the hat I'd worn there had somehow reacted with something; maybe the rain, maybe me, and left a massive black mark across my forehead. I only became aware of it afterwards, when I looked in the mirror after dressing again. One would have thought someone would have had the decency to point out the mark so I could remove it, but no, apparently.
Old_Geezer........polite? best laugh they had had all day LOL LOL

When you left the room, they all burst out laughing.............c´mon now!
Those hospital gowns might have been designed to cause embarrassment. I put one on and a passing nurse commented that I was wearing it back to front.
Why were you in your underwear at the chiropodist. I would be very worried if my chiropodist asked me to strip off!
Too long ago to remember details. Definitely had upper body exposed as they noticed a red patch on my chest and asked me about it. Hadn't even realised the seborrhoeic dermatitis had flared up again. Actually now I think of it, it hasn't been back for years, hope I've not jinxed it by realising it.

Unsure how that helps a forehead mark. But I'm fairly certain I was asked to remove both ends. Could be I had aches & pains both ends ? As I said, too many years ago.

When I went to physio, I used to wear a pair of my cycle shorts for when I took off my trousers to expose my knees. Much less embarrasing that in your panties, especially as I knew the physio people as work colleagues.

Whe I recently went to the docs about a hip joint problem, I put on my black sheeny high leg pants instead of wearing my usual white skimpy ones. OH had a fit and said you cannot go the see a docs in those things. Theyre too sexy and black ! but I felt as loss less vunerable when he was examining my hip and asking me to do leg raises
