Car name quiz

Hoping somebody can help me with some remaining answers in a quiz.
All answers are either make or model of car.
I've seen some answers given elsewhere but none really seem to fit the clue fully so hoping I can get better answers or at least an explanation

1) In a Gondola (7 letters)
- Lagonda seems the obvious solution but why swap one of the o's for an a?

2) One of a range (8 letters)
- have seen it as Standard elsewhere but doesn't seem quite right.

3) WWF Weapon (5 letters)
- I thought Panda seemed obvious but how does that fit with weapon?

I'll be very grateful if anyone can give better solutions or at least give good explanation of ones I've come up with

1 because the letters of Lagonda are found in "a gondola"
2 seems correct - a range could be small, standard and large goods

WWF could be World Wresting Federation. I know nothing about it but id there a wrestler called Scimitar or something?

Did consider it might be the wresting WWF though I gather that is now WWE (due to copyright case a while ago) only name that seemed vaguely car orientated was Diesel.

I think it is Panda. The World Wildlife Fund use the Giant Panda in its advertising and logo, so it could be seen as a "weapon" to attract funds.
