I saw in passng a pet food store today what was advertised as a kennel, but it had a door with a bolt on the outside in the shape of and instead of the usual 'pop hole' with no other door or opening, it was about 2ft 6in long by about 18in wide, I can just imagine some thoughtless person shutting a dog in one of these and leaving it in the hot sun, and in the case of a child maybe going off to play and forgetting about it completely, surely this thing should not be on sale at all, I would be pleased for your comments please, do you think that I should report it and who to report it to.
As woofgang. These things, and also rabbit hutches and chook runs etc., are often made by a home handyman who has no idea about animals. The pet shop should know better though. Tell them your thoughts.
