coconut water.

I bought some of this the other day as had read glowing reports on it - particularly as a hydrating drink after partaking in a little sport. I love coconut & coconut milk, so thought I would give it a try (after all, if it's good enough for Madge & Gwynnie, it's good enough for me - I could always add a little vodka to it....)

It may be fully of goodness and electrolytes & whatever, but by George, it don't half taste like wee......

Anyone else tried it?

Straight from the coconut, yes. But it has a definite urine taste from these cartons. I drank it anyway - darn expensive stuff. I shall shoplift it in future. Holland & Barrett are crap on security.....

Since it is sweeter it is better than the coconut (until it is made into coconut ice that is).

Coconut milk and coconut water are different things.

water is the liquid inside the coconuts, milk is made by pressing the ground up flesh of the coconut.
