I have been trying to munch the sage leaves this afternoon, but they are bloody horrible, very bitter. Can I put them between two slabs of Cadbury's Dairy Milk ? (:0(

sorry if i sound dismissive but i learned through trial and error that these things - magnets and most, if not all, other 'cures - don't work and are not based on proper research.
however, if anyone wants to waste £20 on something like this, then who am i to argue? alternatively go and buy £20 worth of dairy milk and i guarantee you'll feel better :)

Ethandron, whilst I understand your scepticism - those of us who swear that our aches and pains are improved by magnetic bracelets etc would probably give this a try. I have severe muscle pain in my arms - attributed to statin use - and if I leave off my copper bangles, it returns with a vengeance. People do say "mind over matter" but it works for a huge number of people.
stress is, i found, a major contributor to the darned things DEN, and just when you really could do without them. i honestly don't think there's an easy, quick fix...apart from reducing the stress, which of course is virtually impossible.
i really hope it all settles down again soon as i'm sure it will. best advice i can give you is be kind to yourself and reduce as much stress as you can from those parts of your life where it's possible.
