i.ve took the free trial and there have taken 58 odd pounds out but it has not come out of the bank. As i have canceled it when will it be refunded thanks

have you tried phoning them? it will probably take a couple of days, if you have concerns give them a ring, I had the same problem with ancestry, they were happy to help and refunded my account within a couple of days

where have they taken it from if not from your bank then?

the bank has reseved the funds

If the payment hasn't come out of your account yet and it is cancelled in time the payment showing in the reserve system will just correct itself. However since they will probably take ages sorting it out you may need to ring them to find out when they are going to refund it.
