Pink Floyd, Another Brick in the Wall

At the end of Pink Floyds another Brick in the wall, there is the voice of the scottish sounding teacher shouting "how can you have any pudding if you don't eat your meat" and other things. Does anyone know who's voice this is, is it one of the band or someone else?

I think it may well be one of their roadies. I recall one of them, may have been Gilmour on Desert Island Discs a couple of years ago, saying that all these odd voices on various tracks were members of their gang.
