I would only consider this if I was 'bunged up' and really needed to poo, and I would only use a home use kit. I think most chemists sell them for a few quid. At least the horrible liquid fart noises would only be heard by yourself and family then. lol

I had it done and I thought it was quite good although have to say did not leave me feeling particularly different. Just felt it must be doing some good and vowed would go maybe once a year to have it done but have always found something else to spend the money on. Really was not that awful, when the water was going in you worried that things were going to squirt out at the person but of course was just going down the tube. Now that I know that is all it was I think I would be more relaxed if did it again. I had been having a bit of a health kick in the lead up to it and had been very careful with my diet and tummy was flatter afterwards.

Had one a few years back and can't say I'd ever repeat it, just wasn't pleasant and had not noticeable benefits. Saying that, with my tummy problems and such generally that may be why rather than the procedure itself.

yes i did-and it was total rubbish. i had it at desperate dolls-google it if u want, let me tell you one thing-throughout the whole session the water went in and for the whole half hour it came back out clear. either i have the cleanest colon in the world or this is nonsence and does nothing. your colon does not store poo up their for yonks it comes out-nothing is stored or trapped in there. if you have diarroreah then theres no way you have anything trappd or stored as the loose stools wouldnt be able to come out-nor any other type of pooh for that matter
you lie down and underneath your pelvis is a toilet type bowl with a hose attached-it is vaselined and thin and you enter this anally and lie back with your bottom positioned over the hole-i was hpoing that this bowl was hygenically cleaned well but when a lady came in after me and used my room all the assistant did was a quick spray-not good.The water filtered up into my colon and you are asked to hold it in as much as you can-this is very uncomfortable> you then shoot the water out of your bottom into the bow and repeat the process several times. The contents of the toilet then go down a clear pipe-my waters were clear and nothing came out-not because im supercolon woman but beacuse this treatment is tosh. Your better off drinking prune juice (half pint) and inducing naturally soft stools which should clear you out-irrigation is nothing more than this

and buy the way my deal was the groupon one-you didnt lose out trust me. it didint seem that clean then after id finished the staff tried to pressure sell me more treatments although i clearly did not need them seeing as nothing came out my arse for half an hour but fresh water.
