I've got a Renault Laguna and recently went on a long trip. I noticed that when braking it started to vibrate quite a lot. Now at any speed braking causes this vibrating. Last week it went in to have the tracking done, so could this have anything to do with it?

Any ansers will be helpful. Thanks

OK thx for those answers. So is it dangerous to drive like it is?, cause i need to use the car
I certainly wouldn't want to drive anything in those circumstances - or be a passenger, for that matter. Get it checked out.
it's dangerous to drive with any potential fault on your brakes. get it sorted, brake disks are not all that expensive.
Could you sleep at night if you cause an accident knowing that your brakes are faulty?
most garages would have had a quick look at the pads/discs while it was on a ramp, common practice.
TRacking certainly wouldnt have caused this problem
