Thats what I thought too. I feel so sorry for them, neither of their parents seems to have an intellegent gene between them. Is there none in their household that is secure enough to say how unsuitable they look? Eugenie always has her mouth open, Im convince d she has trouble with her adenoids. This exposes her huge teeth which overpower her face. Poor girls.
