Hot flushes

Does anyone else get a strange feeling in the stomach just before or during a hot flush?

Jem I have tried.....hrt, pills and patches, soy milk, red clover, black cohosh, agnus castus, sage, oestrogen cream, a couple of "specialist" vitamin combinations, evening primrose oil. The oestrogen cream worked partially for a while, nothing else did and the hrt, both kinds turned me into a really nasty person AND didn't help with the symptoms.
Oh and I tried the special recipe bread too.
