Can anyone recommend a good one please? My current one is Nivea and it doesn't work very well. Thanks.

A drop of baby oil on some cotton wool will remove all traces of eye make-up.
I find baby oil way too greasy to use on the eyes, I can't see for ten minutes afterwards if I use that!  I like the No7 Clanse & Care stuff, or if you're wanting to splash out, Lancome Bi-Facil is great.

Kitty Use baby shampoo as eye make-up remover. Works great, safe - recommended by some optometrist

I buy the Garnier one in the green bottle, it's around 2.88 from Savers or Superdrug in the UK.  You only need a small amount on a cotton wool pad.
more expensive but clinique is great. also regular old granny's cold cream is good.
I prefer cleansing liquids - Anne French Cleansing Lotion is really good for eye make up.

Thanks y'all, I might give the No.7 one a go!
I use vasaline and a tissue.Works great. It's also not as expensive as those money mucher creams.

I swear by Simple eye make up remover.

Vaseline and baby lotion should, I've been told, never be used near they eyes as they stop the skin from breathing and also leave the skin in a less than desireable state for reapplication.

Its not a bad price either and lasts for ages!

I have sensitive eyes and use Body Shop Camomile eye make up remover, bottles lasts for months and costs about a fiver.  Gets off waterproof too.
I use vaseline, just a small amount rubbed on the lashes, not all over the eyes, and if you don't use too much you will be able to see straight away afterwards - not hazy!  I also find that since using vaseline my eyes are brighter in the morning, and not red - could be that it doesn't cause allergies.
I've found the best way is to smooth a little remover over the eye area & use damp cotton wool to wipe away. Dry cotton wool or tissue just drags.
I use Avon, conditioning eye makeup remover.

I use Body Shop liquid eye make up remover with chamomile - it is brilliant.
