No sound on my nebook

I have no sound on my netbook even though the volume is on max.Also when I click Fn and F9 the volume bars the should show up on the screen,...they don`t,neither ones for adapting the screen brightness.

What has happened...??????

Sounds like you are missing the hotkey drivers at the least and probably the sound drivers.

Have you messed with MSConfig startup settings or Services?
Or a Reg Cleaner?

How do I get the drivers back...I cannot imagine how I have lost them...do not use my netbook often only when

Download them from the manufacturers website.

I would have provided a link in my first post if you'd provided any information about what netbook you have..
