If I join my ankles my knees also get joint, what's this?
But I found that by joining ankles knees should not joint. Do I have any fault? :)
I am learning karate so can it be any harmful for my legs? Does it have any solution? What can I do.

I don't understand your question, what do you mean? Joining your ankles means putting them together.
I'm with you boxtops carn't work this one out at all
No idea what you mean as above posters.
Do you mean that if you join ankles together standing, your knees touch as well?

@yogasun ya if I stand straight touching my ankles then my knees also get touched. Sorry for my bad english :)
I've just tried standing up and making my ankles touch each other without my knees also touching each other. It's impossible. It would look like I had rickets if I could do it.
Lucky you. If you can get your knees together it means you haven`t got fat thighs :-)
