Menopause Home Test.....

I have never heard of it, yelenots - what would you be testing for?

It tests for FSH (Follicular Stimulating Hormone) in urine the - presence of FSH indicates that the menopause has started.
I appear to have lots of the symptoms!

yes yele why not go straight to the doc, surely if the test shows you have symptoms you will want to discuss options anyway?

If you have the symptoms, go to your GP, it might just be the peri-menopause.

Yes, they are as reliable as any other test..........!

No test is diagnostic for the menopause, only "more likely than not".

Thanks Sqad . . . I think I will buy a test as I dont like wasting my Dr's time if nothing is wrong! :)

There must be something wrong if you have all the symptoms of menopause.
