Hi Bednobs,really dull actually. Went there on 15 May and it was broccoli - really expensive to get in, shabby, nothing like the website, etc. Emailed 'the witch@wookey' and she replied a week later with a half-arsed reply and was quite rude (obviously,she wants to stick up for the place but it wasn't what I would call appropriate). I replied to her email and added some further comments, including the fact that I felt that their website was misleading and received no further response. I have emailed 'her' again today asking for the outcome of the managers meeting where she said my email would be discussed. I also asked her to provide me with the contact details of a person who could reply to my email if she was unable to or to provide me with the contact details of her line manager. Sounds really petty in the grand scheme of things but I am not happy about the ways my numerous complaints have just been brushed to one side.
