When I just posted a question in `Computers` I had to wait at least two minutes for submit to take place, Why?

This website has been horrendously slow for me today. Nobody else has commented on it. It took ages just to get onto it but every other website was OK. I`ve come home tonight and it`s OK now. Strange.
