It was designed for people like me, wwith plenty of previous domestic experience, but no formal qualification. If you know your way around basic DIY home electrics, it should suit you.
It's only 5 days usually, so it's very intense, with emphasis on testing.
The answer to your Q is no. The scope of a modern electrician is far too vast for any quick intro. 3-phase and industrial come to mind..... huge subjects.
With DISQ, you can simply apply to be Part P accredited, allowing you to work on your own and "sign it off". Part P will cost, and you'll be inspected on your work.
