how can I get a crispy pita bread either in a microwave or in a conventional oven?

i do mine straight from frozen in the toaster. cook until soft and then let cool and drop it for another quick blast and it puffs up enough to stuff, but is nice and crispy too!

I would imagine that a microwave would make them go soft and soggy
